“Stars’ Stories Week: Most Memorable Year” – The thrilling two-night event “Stars’ Stories Week” opens with “Most Memorable Year.” The emotional dances that best capture the years of their life that have had the most impact will be performed by the 12 remaining couples. Monday, October 17 at 8:00 p.m. ET/5:00 p.m. PT, a brand-new episode of “Dancing with the Stars” will be broadcast live on Disney+. The second night of the two-night event, “Stars’ Stories Week: Prom Night,” features the 11 remaining couples dancing to songs that remind them of their high school proms. Tuesday, October 18 (8:00 p.m. ET/5:00 p.m. PT) will see a brand-new episode of “Dancing with the Stars” stream live on Disney+. (TV-PG, L) Within one hour of the webcast, watch episode replays on Disney+.
For “Stars’ Stories Week: Most Memorable Year,” hosts Tyra Banks and Alfonso Ribiero will walk on the stage to Whitney Houston’s “So Emotional.” The professional dancers and ensemble will perform to the song “Gimme! Gimme! Gimme!” by ABBA to kick off “Stars’ Stories Week: Prom Night.” The Dance Marathon will also be back this evening, with all 11 couples entering the ballroom simultaneously and doing a hustle and a lindy hop first.
Couples from the marathon will be eliminated by the judges one at a time. The final couple remaining will be proclaimed Prom King and Queen. The couples will accrue extra bonus points based on how long they last in the Dance Marathon. The judges’ ratings from the first round of dancing will be merged with bonus points from the Dance Marathon to produce a final combined leaderboard for the evening.

“Dancing with the Stars” goes to its new home on Disney+ after an astounding 30 seasons on ABC, launching only in the United States and Canada. This makes “Dancing with the Stars” the first live series to make its premiere on the streaming service.
