Highlighting Greg Vaughan with a few fun facts.

The simple facts: James Gregory Vaughan Jr., born June 15, in Dallas, Texas. The Texas native who was raised in Dallas and Fredericksburg and earned a diploma from Mesquite High in 1991. As a student-athlete, Vaughan never shied away from participating in a school talent show. He was spotted in a neighborhood back-to-school fashion show at the age of 16, just before he finished high school, and was immediately signed up by a local modeling agency.
Vaughan is a single father to three sons Jathan James (2007), Cavan Thomas (2010) and Landan Reid (2012). He was previously married to Touriya Haoud who is a Dutch actress, model, and singer. On 14 April 2014, Haoud and Vaughan announced their separation. She moved back to the Netherlands following their divorce. Their children live with Vaughan in Los Angeles.
He was a model in the past. At age 16, Greg started his modeling career. He worked as a model for Giorgio Armani in Milan, Italy, after finishing high school. He later worked as a model for well-known labels and designers like Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, Banana Republic, and Gianni Versace. After growing weary of modeling, he relocated to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career, where he eventually landed his first role on Baywatch in 1996.
His soap career thus far: The Young and the Restless as Diego Guttierez from 2002-2003, General Hospital as Lorenzo ‘Lucky’ Spencer, Jr.from 2003-2009. He joined ‘Days Of Our Lives’ in 2012 as Eric Brady. Greg won the Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in 2018. At one point Vaughan was doing double duty portraying Calvin, a police officer on “Queen Sugar” on the OWN network from 2016-2022.

In 2019 Greg was engaged to Angie Harmon but they have since split.
