Synopsis: Things are heating up over on Spoon Island. Nikolas is on the phone when Victor walks in and interrupts. Nik tells him that  he is on a business call. Victor could care less, he wants to talk about the final divorce papers between Nikolas and Ava. Victor says all the details have been ironed out by Ava and him. He took care of everything  Nikolas  is very angry with his uncle.  Victor tells Nikolas has been preoccupied with his pregnant mistress. It is the very least he can do to help out.  Nikolas thought that he and Ava could work it out and she would be coming home. Victor tells him yes,  Ava Is coming home but Nikolas will not be there. He informs his uncle that he isn’t leaving.  Nikolas claims he may have lost his wife and son but he won’t lose his home.  Victor says that he has a storage locker full of  evidence against him and Ava also had that damn  recording version of his confession in her possession.  Nikolas would like to know about all the help he has given Victor, what about all Ive done for you.  I sheltered you on Cassadine Island.  Victor proclaims that is the only reason I haven’t washed my hands of you altogether.  Victor has big plans for the family but Nikolas keeps throwing a monkey wrench into them. Nikolas calls his bluff.  Victor tells him that the next time you defy me, will be your last.  Victor pulls out divorce papers and tells Nikolas he wants them signed by the time he returns.

Austin exams Ava.  He is talking to her about the scare the hook left when he attacked her, but Ava is totally zoned out. He asks is she okay? She tells him that she wants a new heart, hers is broken in a million pieces.  Both have recently had very bad breakups. He jokingly offers her his, but admits it is damaged also. Austin says he will refer to a plastic surgeon who can fix up that little scare of hers. She changes the subject to Nina and asks if he has seen her. He tells her yes he has and Nina is suffering the same diagnosis as her heartbreak. As she gets up to leave she tells Austin, “ I do not know you very well, but something tells me it would be a mistake to remove that heart of yours.“ (Oh yeah, I see a hook up in the making here).

Dex feels the need to walk Josslyn back to her dorm room.  She invites Dex in, She needs an ear to agree with her. She wines to  Dex that Nina is Willow’s mom.  It made a messy thing even messier. Joss feels bad for her mom with the angel wings.  She says her mom was trying to protect Willow.  Sonny and Nina are to blame (of course they are-always). She tells Dex that her family is fractured. She thinks Sonny is going to disappoint Donna and Avery at some point.  Joss tells Dex she wishes he would quit working for Sonny.  He said within 6 months he will no longer be working for him. Why doesn’t he just quit now.  He said there is something he has to finish first.  He said trust me, when it’s over, I will tell you everything.  She said she just wants to be with him.  Joss is now in bed with Dex. She tells him that  she feels safe and happy, worried and guilty.

Violet is with Finn at Kelly’s.  She is excited to  see Cam.  She has missed him. He tells her that he is sorry, he has just been busy with school and work. She has missed Aunt Lizzie too.   Pervect timing, Lizzie comes in to Kelly’s. What could have been a very awkward moment, was not when Finn invited both Lizzie & Cameron to join them.  Lizzie first tells Cameron she is sorry for the situation between him and Josslyn and that he cannot be there to comfort her. He asks what she means, Lizzie fills him in on details. Camron excuses himself and leaves Lizzie to be a waitress for the time being. He suddenly needs to find Josslyn. (and he will)

Finn explains to Lizzie that Violet has questions about them. She suggested they talk to her together. Aunt Lizzie  explains to Violet that she hasn’t seen her dad because they needed time apart. Finn said sometimes people realize that they aren’t meant to be together.  Auntie explains to Violet, it doesn’t mean they don’t like each other. Violet asks if maybe they will get back together.  Finn explains to his baby girl,  not this time. Aunt Lizzie tells her tat they will stay friend and will always be family.

Portia asks Marshall why he doesn’t want to get retested.  Portia said do it for Curtis.  She is getting very aggressive. He explodes. He wants this woman to hush better yet shut up. Curtis comes into the room.  Marshall says they are having a difference of opinion.  Portia doesn’t think he has schizophrenia.  Marshall hasn’t had an episode in 40 years.  His life and behavior do not fit the diagnosis.  Curtis tells him that he needs a mental health evaluation.  Marshall gets very emotional and then he is upset that he may have been diagnosed.  He walked away from his wife and sons because of one diagnosis and lost all these years with them, would be more than he could handle.  Curtis explains to him, pops none of this is your fault. He tells him that if you get these answers, the next chapter can be better.

At the Hospital, Carly and Michael cannot avoid each other as they collide in the hallway. Carly asks Michael about Willow.  Michael te;;s her that she  could care less about Willow. Carly tells him he couldn’t be more wrong.  Carly will not apologize for trying to stop Nina.  Michael wants the truth from Carly.  She tried to prevent Willow finding out she had a family. Michael tells his mother that everything you did was just like Nina.  She is no different (hallelujah). He asks if Nina is the enemy, what does that make her? Carly truly believed Willow needed protecting from Nina, and still does. Michael said she should have told Willow and let her decide about her own life. Carly was just trying to protect the family. Never mind that she kept Nina from her family, Nelle, Willow and Wylie, that is of no importance.  Carly wants to know,  are you done with me as you are with your father?  Do you not see my halo glowing son? Michael said what you did was wrong.  Willow has already forgiven you.  I need you in my life, he says and they hug.

Austin walks back into his office and finds his cousin Mason is sitting there in his chair.  He tells him the boss is mad that Austin defied a direct order.  Austin doesn’t care.  He is done taking orders.  Mason advises the next time we send you a patient, take care of them.  Mason, sucking on a lollipop mentions how he ran into Georgie at the playground this morning and predicts that the two will become close friends because kids are such trusting creatures. Austin jacks him up, he is done with cuz.  The door opens as Ava returns to speak with Austin. She cannot help but wonder what she just interrupted. 

At Kelly’s it is getting late and Finn says and he should get  Violet home. Alone, Liz looks at her phone, when suddenly her mother enters and says hello Lizzie.

After working up an appetite, Josslyn and Dex order out for some pizza. Later on, when there is a knock at the door, Josslyn  asks Dex to answer it for her so she can put on some clothes. Guess who? Cameron is standing there when a semi nude Dex answers the door. Cameron stares at Dex in shock an then spots Josslyn fumbling to put on  a robe.
