According to a representative for actress Riley Keough, who is Presley’s daughter, Lisa Marie Presley will be laid to rest at Graceland.
Funeral plans have not yet been made public, but the representative for the Presley family confirmed to the Associated Press that her mother would be buried at the Elvis Presley estate alongside her father, Elvis, her son, Benjamin Keough, and other family members, including Gladys Presley, Vernon Presley, and Minnie Mae Presley.
The graves are located in the Meditation Garden, which is on the mansion’s southern side. The site serves as the focal point for the yearly “candlelight vigil,” an Elvis-favorite pilgrimage that brings thousands of people to Memphis every year to remember Elvis’ passing on August 16, 1977.
Benjamin Storm Presley Keough, 27, Lisa Marie’s only son was interred in the garden in the fall of 2020, following his July 12 death that year of a self-inflicted gunshot wound. At this time this is the only above-ground crypt in the garden.
Lisa Marie Presley was born on February 1, 1968 in Memphis, Tennessee, she died on January 12, 2023 at the West Hills Hospital in West Hills, CA. She leaves behind 3 daughters, Danielle Riley Keough, Finley Aaron Love Lockwood, Harper Vivienne Ann Lockwood, mother Priscilla Beaulieu Presley and half brother Navarone Anthony Garibaldi. She is preceded in dealth by her son Benjamin Storm Keough, father Elvis Aaron Presley, grandparents Vernon Elvis Presley, Gladys Love Smith Presley, and great grandmother Minnie Mae Presley.
