Synopsis: Today we start off in the hospital chapel which is normally a place of peace. Not today as Spencer listens to his fathers lame excuse for missing Britt’s memorial. Nikolas promises his son that he is trying to do better. This father-son reunion is now irreparably damaged. Spencer drops the bomb that he plans to fight his father and Esme for full custody of the baby. Laura tries to calm the waters but Spencer says his mind is made up and continues to lash out at Nikolas, telling him that he will not allow him to cause the kind of havoc he has caused in his life with all the hurt and disappointment to another child. Nikolas advises his son against doing it. If he does, he will be compelled to summon all of his armaments to battle him. Spencer assures him that he will gladly award him custody of his sibling. Laura is horrified at the behavior of her son and grandson. At this point Spencer begins to taunt his father with lines from the video confession given to him by Ava. Nikolas is stunned and is aware that Spencer has seen the video. Laura wants them to please stop, she tells them nothing said cannot be taken back. Not so according to Nikolas.  He feels Spencer has really stepped over the line this time. Spencer is holding his own with a daddy dearest. I could have given this information to Jordan, and not given you a chance to do the right thing. Nikolas screams at Spencer that he is truly a Cassadine.

Elizabeth and Finn have a lot to talk about. They slip into his office for  some privacy. He wants her to tell him everything and she wants the same. She says that Nikolas is her oldest friend and he called er for help. She knows when she discovered the seriousness of his problems she should have turned and ran. But she didn’t. She felt after the Reiko and her dad reveal  he would not want her to bother him. Finn tells her that he will always be there for her. She confessed that she never cheated on him and that she lied to him when he spotted the vitamins. She didn’t know how to tell him that her best friend was holding Esme hostage.  Liz says Nikolas justified her captivity to the fact that he thought she was the hook attacker and he was saving the poor people of Port Charles.  Elizabeth knows she hurt a lot of people and she is worried about her boys but she knows what she has to do. Finn asks what do you plan to do? Liz tells him she is going to turn herself into PCPD.

Joss is knocking on apt #34, Dex opens the door and she instantly  starts to apologize for just showing up at his door. He is happy to see her there is nothing to apologize for, She explains she needed a shoulder to cry on.  They embrace. She tells him about Willow, Michael and her new niece and how she feels so bad about missing Britt’s memorial. She still feels she is the blame for Britt getting hooked. She also is feeng guilty about hurting Cameron and realizes the truth wins every time. He wants to know if she is having second thoughts about being with him. Absolutely not, you saved my life. She admits she is scared of the outcome but she makes her own choices and wants to be there. Dex admits he is scared also. They embrace and kiss.

Brookie, Chase and Blaze are all at The Savoy. Blaze and Chase have just finished a set and Brookie tells him that he is a natural,  A little small talk and she takes his hand. Chase pulls away instantly and tells her this cannot happen. He has not changed his mind about being a cop. The review board is meeting soon and if it is in his favor which he is praying for he will no longer be able to help her take down Linc. Make no mistake, I want to be a cop not a singer. He needs to be done with this. Brookie says, “Don’t you mean done with me?”  Chase does not mince words, he tells her as promised he would help her get her songs back but that is where it ends. There can be nothing personal between them. He cannot get over the fact that she lied and tried to sabotage him. That she put her needs and wants first without asking how he felt. That was not a good look. Brookie understands the damage she caused. She sees Linc and heads his way. 

In order to celebrate their upcoming music together, Blaze hands Chase a beer so they can share a toast. He thanks her but lets her know that is working to get out of the business. This is not what he wants to do.  He is a cop and that is where his future is.
She does not want him to quit but she understands Working with him has lit a new flame within herself. She shares that working with Linc has made her question this career. She had planned to quit before he came on the scene. She explains her situation with Linc who makes her uneasy, Chase realizes she is in the same predicament as Brookie. Her contract is iron clad and impossible to shake him.

Brookie bumps right into Linc at the bar. She is in no mood to deal with this slimbucket tonight. He tells her not to fret that she is about to be done with him for good. He reminds her of their deal and supplies her with legal documents his lawyers have drawn up. He tells her to just sign them as he is touching her leg under the bar, Creeping Brookie out. she tries to move away from this pervert as Baze and Chase look on. Chase cannot handle anymore, he leaves and Blaze is alone.  Tears begin to fall as she realizes she is all alone with this creep. 

Nikolas cannot believe his son and Ava have both teamed up to bring him down. He is furious and stomps out of the hospital chapel. His mother rushes after him begging him not to leave things with his son like this. She reminds him that he is an adult and Spencer is his child. He has to make things right with his son. She doesn’t even know who these two are right now. Nikolas tells Laura she is the best mother any child could ever want. He is proud to call her his mother and that he will always love her. He turns and gets on the elevator leaving his mother standing there in tears. She looks up to see Spencer standing there.  She asks him, “What have you done?”

Ava and Austin bump into each other at Kelly’s. She insists on treating him to dinner, no does not apply. Rumor is that he helped to save Willow’s life. She is most appreciative, as Willow is very important to a lot of people. Mainly a very close friend to her. Ava tells Austin that she is a free woman and now the proud owner of Spoon Island. He is sorry to hear they could not make things work.  She is okay with it, she is used to being alone. She is very capable of taking care of herself. After a nice dinner and nice company, Ava leaves for her new Castle. Singing in the dark watching Ava’s every move is the scary one Mason. What is with this guy? Anwya not missing a beat he rings up his boss and is telling them about Ava Jerome and that he will keep them updated.  He turns around to a very unhappy Austin. Has Mason gone too far?

Ava returns to Wyndemere. She might want to lock all the windows and doors, maybe add extra security. Whoops it may be too late. There is a knock on the door, she opens the door to see Nikolas foaming at the mouth.
